LITERACY
This week we had to do a description of Miss Reismann. I found it hard writing about Miss Reismann because I have only known her for 7 weeks. Next time I could describe Miss Reismann a little bit better.
MY SUMMARY
We had to do a summary about the book we were reading. Our book was called "The big game". this was my summary.
Hi Will, I agree that it can be difficult to describe someone you don't know very well. In this instance it would be best to focus on her physical appearance. Perhaps pick three or four identifying features of your character. Ask yourself - What do I most notice about the person when I first see them? Then write a sentence or two on each of those features to get your description. For example: Miss Reissmann is a tall woman and she towers over many of the students in her class. Her tallness is emphasised by her choice of footwear as she almost always wears high heel shoes. I am looking forward to reading your family member descriptions this week. Mrs P
